ايسي 8 کانالTLE7244 محافظت شده ي درايور رله از نوع Low-Side در پکيج PG SSOP 24که عملکرد هاي محافظتي براي کاربرد هاي حساس را فراهم مينمايد که مخصوص درايور رله براي صنعت اتومبيل طراحي شده. پروتکل ارتباطي اين ايسي سريال از نوع SPI ميباشد. اين آي سي راه انداز شيشه شور و برف پاک کن خودروهاي مالتي پلکس ايران خودرو (رانا و 206) مي باشد . ويژگي ها : *4 پين منعطف براي کنترل خروجي با PWM *پروتوکل 16 بيتي SPI

8 Channel Protected Low-Side Relay Switch The SPIDER – TLE7244SL is a eight channel low-side switch in PG-SSOP-24-7 package providing embedded protective functions. It is especially designed as relay driver in automotive applications. A serial peripheral interface (SPI) is utilized for control and diagnosis of the device and the load. For direct control and PWM there are four input pins available. The device is monolithically integrated. The power transistors are built by N-channel MOSFETs. Features • 4 input pins providing flexible PWM configuration • Limp home functionality (direct driving) provided by a dedicated pin • 16 bit SPI for diagnostics and control • Daisy chain capability also compatible with 8bit SPI devices • Very wide range of digital supply voltage
